When the samples are ready, we arrange the shipment to your lab. Samples are either shipped fresh (RT or 4°C) or frozen (dry ice), with the courier selected to ensure optimal conditions and timely delivery.

We ensure that the sites we work with collect all samples with IRB/IEC/regulatory approval as required, using informed consent where appropriate. A waiver of informed consent may be used for collection of samples in some instances. Researchers can notify us of the type of consent that is needed for the specimens they require. We will only provide samples that meet the specified consent requirements. If required, SampleSmart will provide any ethics/compliance documentation relating to a request.
