Once we have received feedback from the providers, we propose the best options to you. We will include information like their country of origin, timeline and cost.
We Find the Biospecimens

Project Management
We are experienced in project management. We manage the entire biospecimen procurement process for you, in order to source the specific biospecimens you need for your research. We will take care of finding providers, ordering the samples, managing the sample collection and processing, and sample shipment, and we will provide you with updates as required throughout the procurement process.
Data Management
We manage the subject and sample data for each order to ensure that you receive all of the important information you require. We make sure that strict donor confidentiality and privacy is adhered to.
Whether you only require minimal data with the samples, or extensive subject and sample data, we will provide all of the data in formatted spreadsheets that best fit your needs.
Ethics and Compliance
It is our priority to ensure that all biospecimens we source are collected following appropriate ethical and regulatory guidelines. We ensure that the providers we work with collect all samples with IRB/IEC/regulatory approval as required, using informed consent where appropriate. A waiver of informed consent may be used for collection of samples in some instances. Researchers can notify us of the type of consent that is needed for the specimens they require. We will only order samples that meet the specified consent requirements.
