We can collect human PBMC samples to meet your research project needs. We can obtain samples from healthy or diseased donors according to your specific requirements. PBMC samples are provided viably frozen.
PBMCs are a subset of blood cells which have a round nucleus. These cells are primarily lymphocytes (T cells, B cells and NK cells) and monocytes. PBMCs are often isolated from whole blood (collected in tubes containing an anticoagulant) by using density gradient centrifugation. Once isolated, PBMCs can be stored viably (-80oC) for future research use.
